Mindfulness Meditation
Solo or together, silent or guided, meditate in the gardens or out in the woods ~ find a favorite place or sit somewhere different every meditation.
Guidance offered by arrangement, with certified MLP instructor Rita Clagett, or certified Insight Meditation instructor Cynthia Wilcox.

Lessons from the best, with Senior Iyengar teacher Nancy Stechert and ancient junipers, or more sedately, on mats at the yurt or in the gardens ~ your choice.
Nancy offers Iyengar asana classes, Pranayama, and custom private lessons.
