Anyone can meditate, anywhere, any time. 

Learn how to add this healthy mindfulness practice to your routine every day, or return to and deepen your practice with a more profound understanding of your motivation. Meditation helps to reduce stress and anxiety, improve physical and mental well-being, cultivate inner peace, and open the door to a life-long journey into the nature of mind and spirit.

Course is offered on Fridays, 2-3 pm MT 

or on a custom day and time by arrangement for groups of two or more

$60 for the Four Week Class
